Lekro is committed to protecting the privacy of the restaurants that use our platform and the customers who interact with our Users’ reservation systems.

1. Introduction

Lekro (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of the restaurants that use our platform (“Users”) and the customers who interact with our Users’ reservation systems (“Diners”).

2. Our Role

For Restaurant Data: We act as the “Data Controller” to manage your account and bill you.

For Diner Data: We act strictly as the “Data Processor,” storing data on behalf of the Restaurant.

3. Information We Collect

From Restaurants

Name, business name, email address, phone number, and billing information.

From Diners

Information requested by the Restaurant for reservations (typically name, phone, email, and party size).

Automatically Collected

Standard log data (IP addresses, browser types, metrics) to ensure platform security.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process the personal data of Restaurant owners to fulfill our contractual obligations to provide the Lekro platform. We process the personal data of Diners based strictly on the legitimate instructions of our Users (the Restaurants).

5. How We Use the Information

We use this data to provide and optimize the Lekro platform, process billing, facilitate reservations between Restaurants and Diners, and prevent fraudulent activity. We do not sell your data.

6. Storage & International Transfers

Lekro operates globally. Information we collect may be transferred to, stored, and processed in cloud servers located across international borders. We implement robust, encrypted security measures to protect this data.

7. Your Rights Under the GDPR (EEA)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, erase (“Right to be Forgotten”), or port your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing. Diners seeking to exercise these rights must contact the specific Restaurant directly, as they are the Data Controller. Lekro will assist Restaurants in fulfilling these technical requests.

Restaurant owners (Users) can exercise their rights directly from the dashboard. You can download a full export of your data or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Privacy Settings.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Restaurants can delete their account or download a full export of their data at any time directly from their Privacy Settings page. Upon account deletion, all associated User Content and Diner reservation data will be permanently removed from our active databases, subject to any legal retention requirements.
